Someone looking for days in our area for a tree service that would kindly drive over and rescue this poor little cat stuck in the tree for three days. Nobody would help. Not one company.!! This company took time out of their very busy schedule, drove an hour to help this poor cat. I'm sure we all want to do business with good humans from a good company, look no further. We hired Ian Preston to remove 4 dead ash trees near our house. From the day of the estimate I knew he was a great choice. We had 3 estimates and Ian by far was the most knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was going to do. The impact on the lawn was minimal with the amount of work completed due to his use of plastic panels. All the workers were courteous and kept the work area clean. Do no hesitate to call them for any tree or property work. Just a great experience working with them and they have done work for a few neighbors with the same outcome. I would recommend Preston family lawn service. They did an amazing job. Very professional. They helped me out when my tractor broke down. Showing up on time. Price was reasonable. Being a protectionist myself with my lawn, I was very satisfied.

I've used Preston Family Property Maintenance twice in the last year and was extremely happy with the results both times. Most recently they took down a large oak in my yard and did it quickly, safely, and efficiently and at a very competitive price. Ian and his team are great to work with and I will definitely be contacting them again if I need tree work done in the future!

Ian and his crew did everything I asked and then some, I requested large parts of the tree that was cut down be cut into 18-20" lengths, which they did. Part of the other 'bonus' tree that they included in the same price was also cut in the same way, I had said no need to cut that into those lengths. This will save me considerable time as I'll split the wood for my wood stove. I also didn't expect to be on the schedule last week after there was snow on the ground, but that didn't stop Ian and his crew. Ian is very professional and a pleasure to work with. If I need another tree taken down, I will absolutely contact Preston Family Maintenance.

I’ve had Ian Preston and his crew take down 4 trees for me. In Nov of 2018 PrestonFPM skillfully took down and hauled off two large trees in close proximity to my home. Recently in Jan 2020 his crew meticulously took down a large sugar maple above my aluminum raised garden beds without any damage. The whole team is very easy to communicate with, hard working, efficient, and clean. Cannot recommend this company enough, always easy to work with.

YOU NEED THIS COMPANY!! Do yourself a huge favor and get Preston Family Property Maintenance to clear your house for sale. They're friendly, fun, professional, fast, hardworking, WONDERFUL people. I had sold my house and needed to have it broom clean ASAP. They swept in and in one day, filled my dumpster, scrubbed everything top to bottom in the house, and even buffed the floors! They also cleaned up the yard to get it looking nice for the new owner. I really appreciated how they included me in the process, making sure they kept what needed to stay, and binned or recycled what didn't. They are environmentally conscious - everything we could send to Good Will, we did! Anything that could be saved and rehomed found new homes, which really put my heart at ease. This was a joyful experience, and I will be using them again for all my CT property! I cannot recommend them more highly!!
